Class Registration

Full class payment including materials fees, are required to secure placement in any class. Class registration is taken on a first-come, first-served basis; however, placement in the class is not guaranteed until full payment is received 

Cancellation and Refund Policies

All class are non-refundable. Credit towards another class will be given if cancellation is made 60 days prior to the first day of class, or no credit will be given. 

If minimum enrollment is not met, a class will be cancelled. Students will be notified in advance, by phone, and a full refund will be issued. Student cancellations upholding the 60-day deadline will receive a full credit towards a future class.

Supplies and Tool

Any class may be subject to material fees.  Appropriate tools and materials are supplied for all classes, although variety is limited. CSGA encourages all students to bring any tools and supplies of their own. Protective eye wear is required for all classes. CSGA has a limited supply of eye glasses; therefore students are asked to bring their own. Glasses will be available for purchase.

Waivers, Applications, Safety, and Age Requirements

All students are required to complete and sign a liability waiver, student application, and have read and agreed to abide by the safety procedures as outlined by the Carlisle School of Glass Art. Conduct that does not adhere to the standards of safety that the CSGA has outlined will not be tolerated and the student will be asked to leave the premises and money will not be refunded.  

Students must be at least 10 years of age to enroll in a class at CSGA. Students under the age of 18 must have approval from the instructor, as well as a parent or guardian to enroll in the class. All students under the age of 18 will require parent/guardian signatures on all waivers and applications. Parents are encouraged to read and review safety procedures with their children.
